Ansel P. Clark

Chief Executive Officer

Ansel Clark was born and raised in Valdosta where he graduated from Valdosta High School and Valdosta State University. He began his banking career in 1973 at First National Bank in Valdosta and became President and Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bank, an affiliate bank, in Waycross in 1982. After First Union acquired the bank, Clark served as the City President in Macon in 1989 before accepting the position of Waycross Bank & Trust President in 1990. Under his leadership, WB&T Bankshares, Inc. has grown to a two-bank holding company with banks in Valdosta (Guardian Bank) and Waycross (Waycross Bank & Trust) with assets in excess of $350 million. He now serves as the President of WB&T Bankshares, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer of Guardian Bank and Waycross Bank & Trust. Clark serves on the Finance Committee at First United Methodist Church and the Georgia Sheriffs Boys Ranch Board of Directors.

President - Commercial Lending

Ray Chitty is a Valdosta native and a graduate of Valdosta High School, Valdosta State University, Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia, and The Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He began his banking career in 1973 at First National Bank in Valdosta and has been in Valdosta banking since. Chitty has a stellar reputation in commercial lending, an area that occupies much of his focus today. His distinguished career has seen him serve in senior executive positions including President at other financial institutions. Chitty remains active in the community by currently serving on the Salvation Army Board of Directors and the VSU Athletic Board of Directors. He is also very active in the Georgia Bankers Association.

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer -
Commercial and Consumer Lending

A Valdosta native, Lowndes County High School graduate, and a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at LSU, Pam Horton began her banking career at First National Bank in Valdosta in 1975. She worked with the bank and its successor First Union until joining Guardian Bank in advance of its 1997 opening. Mrs. Horton has been instrumental in the growth and success of Guardian Bank as she fills many vital roles. She is the bank's Senior Vice President, and in addition to consumer and commercial lending, she serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During her 36-year career, Mrs. Horton has worked in nearly every area of banking, and she brings that expertise with her daily. She is a member of Redland Baptist Church and her community involvement has included the United Way, the American Heart Association, and Keep Lowndes Valdosta Beautiful.

Vice President - Commercial Lending

Parrish Clark is a Valdosta native who earned a B.A. in History from Furman University, an M.B.A. from Valdosta State University, and is a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He began his banking career with Guardian Bank in 1997 as a management trainee and now serves as Vice President and Commercial Lender. Clark also serves as Guardian Bank's Information Security Officer and assists in compliance, bank secrecy, and marketing. He is active in the Valdosta Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Children's Advocacy Center Board of Directors, the Circuit 7 District Committee of the Alapaha Area Council of the Boys Scouts, formerly served on the Greater Valdosta United Way Board of Directors, and is a member of First United Methodist Church where he serves on the Pastor Parish Committee.

Olivia Walker

Vice President - Consumer & Commercial Lender

A native of Alabama, Olivia graduated from Cherokee County High School, attended Gadsden State University, and is a graduate of Georgia Banking School at UGA. In 1976 Olivia began her banking career in Alabama and in 1980 relocated to Valdosta where she worked with First National Bank and in 1996 joined First State Bank and Trust Company where she served as a Commercial Lender and Real Estate Manager.  Throughout her 34 year banking career Olivia has worked in numerous areas of banking. Olivia joined Guardian Bank in 2009 and serves as Vice President, Commercial and Consumer Lender.   She is a member of Morningside Baptist Church where she serves as a Sunday School teacher in the children’s department.  Her community involvement includes serving on the finance committee for the Valdosta Baptist Association and she is an active board member of the local Greater Valdosta United Way.

Commercial Banking Officer - Commercial Lending

A Valdosta native and graduate of Lowndes High School, Eric Johnson received a bachelor degree in Business Administration from The Citadel and later graduated from the University of Georgia with an MBA in Real Estate and Finance. He began his lending career in Atlanta as an Analyst for ING Investment Management and was later promoted to a loan officer originating commercial real estate loans throughout the U.S. Mr. Johnson joined Guardian Bank in 2009 as a Commercial Lender and in 2011 was promoted to a Commercial Banking Officer.  He is a graduate of the Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia in Athens and is currently enrolled at the Graduate Banking School at LSU. Active in the community, Mr. Johnson is a 2011 participant of Leadership Lowndes, a United Way Board Member and is an active member of the Valdosta North Rotary Club.

Shirin Eutzler

Banking Officer - Loan Operations Officer

A Valdosta native and alumnus of Lowndes High School, Shirin Eutzler received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Valdosta State University in 2003 and began her banking career with Guardian Bank in 2004.  Subsequently, she completed Consumer Lending School through Community Bankers Association of Georgia in 2008 and has most recently graduated from the Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia in Athens in 2012.  Ms. Eutzler is a member of First Christian Church.

Courtney Nelligan

Banking Officer - Branch Manager,  Marketing Director and Security Officer

Courtnery Nelligan, A Valdosta native and alumnus of Valdosta High School, began her banking career with Guardian Bank in 2001.  Throughout her career, she has held numerous positions at Guardian, leading to her current roles as the Main Office Branch Manager, Marketing Director and Security Officer.  Courtney is currently on the Georgia Bankers Association Security Committee, which serves a vital role in promoting bank security within the industry.  Although she contributes a lot of her time to Guardian Bank, Ms. Nelligan is still actively involved in her community.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Haven.
