A. Parrish Clark, Jr.

Chief Executive Officer - Commercial Lending

Parrish Clark is a Valdosta native who earned a B.A. in History from Furman University, an M.B.A. from Valdosta State University, and is a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He began his banking career with Guardian Bank in 1997 as a management trainee and now serves as Chief Executive Officer. Clark's career has been heavily focused on commercial lending, but he has also served in various positions associated with compliance, information security, bank secrecy, and marketing. He is actively involved with the Georgia Bankers Association, where he currently serves as President of Leadership GBA. Clark also serves on the Board of Trustees for Valdosta State University Foundation, Inc. and Georgia United Methodist Foundation, Inc.

R. Ray Chitty

President - Commercial Lending

Ray Chitty is a Valdosta native and a graduate of Valdosta High School, Valdosta State University, Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia, and The Graduate School of Banking at LSU. He began his banking career in 1973 at First National Bank in Valdosta and has been in Valdosta banking since. Chitty has a stellar reputation in commercial lending, an area that occupies much of his focus today. His distinguished career has seen him serve in senior executive positions including President at other financial institutions. Chitty remains active in the community by currently serving on the Salvation Army Board of Directors and the VSU Athletic Board of Directors. He is also very active in the Georgia Bankers Association.

Pam P. Horton

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer

A Valdosta native, Lowndes County High School graduate, and a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at LSU, Pam Horton began her banking career at First National Bank in Valdosta in 1975. She worked with the bank and its successor First Union until joining Guardian Bank in advance of its 1997 opening. She is the bank's Senior Vice President and serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. During her 40-year career, Mrs. Horton has worked in nearly every area of banking, and she brings that expertise with her daily. She is a member of Redland Baptist Church and her community involvement has included the United Way and the American Heart Association.

Olivia Walker

Vice President - Consumer & Commercial Lender

A native of Alabama, Olivia graduated from Cherokee County High School, attended Gadsden State University, and is a graduate of Georgia Banking School at UGA. In 1976 Olivia began her banking career in Alabama and in 1980 relocated to Valdosta where she worked with First National Bank and in 1996 joined First State Bank and Trust Company where she served as a Commercial Lender and Real Estate Manager. Throughout her 39 year banking career, Olivia has worked in numerous areas of banking. Olivia joined Guardian Bank in 2009 and serves as Vice President, Commercial and Consumer Lending. She is a member of Covenant Baptist Church where she serves as a Sunday School teacher in the children’s department.  Her community involvement includes serving on the finance committee for the Valdosta Baptist Association, board member of the local Greater Valdosta United Way, and currently serves as the District Finance Chair for the South Georgia Council of Boy Scouts of America.

Will Moore

Vice President - Commercial Lending 

Will Moore is a Valdosta native who graduated from Lowndes County High School, earned a B.B.A. in Economics from Valdosta State University, and will be a graduate of The Graduate School of Banking at LSU this spring. He began his banking career with Farmers and Merchants Bank in 2009, where he served as a commercial lender and as Vice President. Moore is on the board of directors for the Georgia Sherrif Boys Ranch and the Lowndes Education Improvement Fund. He is also active in the Valdosta Rotary Club and South Georgia Down Syndrome Association.

Shirin Eutzler

Assistant Vice President - Loan Operations 

A Valdosta native and alumnus of Lowndes High School, Shirin Eutzler received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Valdosta State University in 2003 and began her banking career with Guardian Bank in 2004.  Subsequently, she completed Consumer Lending School through Community Bankers Association of Georgia in 2008 and has most recently graduated from the Georgia Banking School at the University of Georgia in Athens in 2012.  Mrs. Eutzler is a member of First Christian Church.

Courtney Nelligan Arroyo

Personal Banking & Security Officer

Courtnery Nelligan Arroyo , a Valdosta native and alumnus of Valdosta High School, began her banking career with Guardian Bank in 2001. Throughout her career, she has held numerous positions at Guardian Bank, leading to her current roles as Personal Banking Officer and Security Officer. Although she contributes a lot of her time to Guardian Bank, Ms. Arroyo is very active in her community. She currently serves as a board member for The Haven and The Homebuilders Association of South Georgia. Ms. Arroyo is also an active participant of the Valdosta Junior Service League and is in Leadership Lowndes Class of 2016.

Jennifer Norris

Banking Officer - Consumer Lending 

Jennifer Norris was raised in Cordele, Georgia and is a 1997 graduate of Crisp County High School. She continued her education at the Consumer Lending School in Atlanta where she graduated in 2006 and will begin Georgia Banking School in May 2015. She began her banking career with Commercial Banking Company and joined the Guardian Bank team in August 2000. Norris enjoys watching sports, especially anything her boys play and anything supporting The University of Georgia, and riding ATVs with family and friends.

Joey Stith

Banking Officer - Consumer Lending 

Joey Stith is a Valdosta native who earned a B.S. in Political Science from Valdosta State University after graduating from Lowndes County High School. He continued his education and graduated from the Consumer Lending School hosted by the Community Bankers Association. Stith began his banking career in 2010 with Guardian Bank, and has held a variety of roles since joining the team.  He is an active member of the Azalea City Kiwanis Club and attends Hahira United Methodist Church.

Lauren R. Tuohey

Branch Administration Officer 

Lauren Tuohey, an Echols County native, graduated from Echols County High School and earned her B.A. in Sociology from Valdosta State University. She began her banking career in 2007 with Guardian Bank as a teller, and later became the bank's financial accounting associate. Tuohey now serves as the Branch Administration Officer of Guardian Bank. She contributes to the Lowndes County community by actively serving on the United Way Board, the Women's Ministries Board of Abundant Life Church, and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

Andy Bolton

Banking Officer - Consumer Lending 

Andy Bolton, a Valdosta native, graduated from Valdosta High School and went on to earn his B.B.A. from Valdosta State University. He began his banking career in 2002 with Commercial Banking Company, where he worked as a teller, management trainee, and a lender. He went on to join Farmers and Merchants Bank in 2007, where he was promoted to Vice President. Bolton joined Guardian Bank in 2015. He is an active member of the Valdosta community, serving on the board of directors for the Valdosta City Schools Foundation and also as a member of the Azelea City Kiwanis Club. He and his family are members of First Baptist Church of Valdosta.

Lee Beth Smith

Credit Officer  

A Valdosta native and alumni of Lowndes High School, Lee Beth Smith earneda dual degree in Accounting and Finance from Valdosta State University in 2010. She began her financial career at Valdosta State University Credit Union while a student at the university and started working at Commercial Bank in 2005. She joined the Guardian Bank team December of 2015 as a Credit Officer. Mrs. Smith is an alumni of Leadership Lowndes and is a member of the Valdosta Junior Service League. She and her family are members of Crosspointe Church.
