Parrish Clark

Vice President

A graduate of Waycross High School, Parrish Clark received his BA in History from Furman University and his MBA from Valdosta State University. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He began his banking career in 1997 as a Management Trainee for Guardian Bank. In 1998 he became a loan officer and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in 2001. In 2006 he was promoted to Vice President wherein his responsibilities include consumer and commercial lending, compliance and bank security. Active in community service, Mr. Clark serves as the United Way Treasurer and former Georgia Bankers Association Group 8 Chairman. He is an active member of the Valdosta-Lowndes Chamber of Commerce and the First United Methodist Church of Valdosta.

 

Livia Harper

Assistant Vice President Of Operations

A graduate of Valdosta High School, the University of Georgia's Georgia Banking School and Georgia Bankers Association Southern Audit and Operations School, Livia began her career in 1983 at First National Bank of Valdosta. In 1990, she was hired by Park Avenue Bank where she later became Assistant Vice President and Operations Officer. Mrs. Harper began working with Guardian Bank in 2003 and now serves as the company's Assistant Vice President of Operations.

 

Donna Bramlett

A graduate of the Florida School of Banking, Donna Bramlett began her career at First National Bank of Lakeland, Florida in 1972. While working at CenTrust Savings and Loan in Miami, Florida, she was in charge of all closings for the mortgage department. In 1989 Commercial Banking Company of Valdosta hired Mrs. Bramlett as their Assistant Vice President of Operations. She now holds the positions of Mortgage Loan Originator, Consumer Lender and Branch Manager of Guardian Bank's Norman Drive Office. She has served the Valdosta community as a former board member of The Haven.

 

Margie S. Daniels

A native of Hahira, Georgia and graduate of Lowndes High School, Margie Daniels began her banking career at First National Bank of Valdosta in 1976 as a switchboard operator. In 1978 Ms. Daniels moved to Bainbridge where she worked at C&S National Bank as an assistant to the Sr. Vice President of Consumer and Commercial Lending. She was hired by Commercial Banking Company in 1986 and when she retired in 2004, she had served as their Assistant Vice President, CFO and Vice President of Operations, Human Resource Officer and Sr. Vice President, Corporate Secretary, and Secretary to the Board of Directors. Ms. Daniels began work with Guardian Bank in 2005 as a consumer lender and operations officer. She has worked actively for the United Way Allocations Committee, the Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce and the Empty Stocking Fund.
